The website bonboz.vn is operated by 4B Trading Service Joint Stock Company (tax code 0317856632), and is the official information channel of BonBoz Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic, operating under Medical Examination and Treatment License No. 10036/HCM-GPHĐ and 11113/HCM-GPHĐ.

By accessing and using the website, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

These Terms are accompanied by the Personal Data Protection Policy. When the two documents have different content regarding the processing of personal data, the Personal Data Protection Policy shall apply.

The Vietnamese version is the original. The English, Chinese, Russian, and Spanish translations are only to assist the reader. If the content is interpreted differently, the interpretation that is favorable to you shall apply.

This is the most important thing in these Terms.

All content on the website — professional articles, frequently asked questions, service descriptions, content provided by the chat assistant — is for informational and general reference purposes only. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment prescription, and does not replace a direct examination by a doctor.

• Do not self-diagnose or self-treat based on the website content;
• Each person has a different constitution, medical history, and condition — a method suitable for one person may be unsuitable or harmful to another;
• Specific indications, contraindications, and potential risks of each procedure are only provided after a doctor examines and fully consults you;
• If you have a health issue that needs to be addressed, go to a medical facility. In an emergency, call 115 emergency services — the website and chat assistant are not emergency channels.

Regarding the automated chat assistant on the website — this assistant is software, not a doctor and not a medical professional:

• The assistant may answer inaccurately or incompletely;
• The content provided by the assistant is not the official professional opinion of BonBoz and does not give rise to medical professional liability;
• The assistant does not receive and does not handle emergency situations;
• The assistant does not make any decisions on its own regarding your benefits, service prices, or treatment regimens — all such decisions are made by humans.

We do not save the content of the conversation with the assistant, and you have the right not to use the automated assistant — contact real staff via hotline 0869 612 310 · 1900 5309, Messenger, Zalo OA, or fill out the form. You are served fully and equally across all channels.

When you leave information via a form or chat, it is a request to be contacted for a consultation — it is not yet a registration to use the service and does not yet give rise to obligations for either party.

The use of the service is only established when you come to the clinic, are examined by a doctor, are fully advised on the method, cost, and risks, and agree to proceed.

We have the right to refuse to accept you if, through examination, the service is found to be unsuitable or contraindicated for your condition.

The website does not list fixed prices. Prices in the form of "from ..." are only starting reference rates.

Official costs are only quoted after a direct examination by the doctor, as they depend on the actual condition, the appropriate method, and the necessary level of intervention. The reference rates on the website are not a price commitment and do not constitute an offer to enter into a contract.

We do not change the price quoted to you at the time of providing the service. If the examination leads to changes in the method or cost, we will notify you and only proceed when you agree.

Before/after images posted on the website are real cases performed at BonBoz, used when the customer has agreed in writing.

Each person's results differ depending on their constitution, initial condition, the method applied, and compliance with post-treatment care. This image is not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

Customer testimonials posted on the website are used when the customer has agreed. This is the personal experience of each individual, not a guarantee of results, and does not reflect typical results for all cases.

BonBoz only provides and only introduces services within the scope of professional operations approved by the Department of Health enclosed with the Medical Examination and Treatment Operating License.

If your needs are outside this scope, the doctor will advise and guide you to a suitable facility.

The entire website content — articles, images, videos, logos, interface design — is owned by BonBoz or legally used by BonBoz.

You may view, download, and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that the source is clearly credited.

You must not: copy or repost content for commercial purposes without written consent; use images of customers, doctors, or the BonBoz logo without permission; or automatically collect data from the website at a scale that affects the normal operation of the system.

• Provide truthful, accurate information, especially your contact phone number. Inaccurate information may lead to inappropriate consultation;
• Only submit information of your own, or of a person whom you have the legal right to represent;
• Do not use the website to distribute content that violates the law, infringes upon the rights of others, or disrupts the operation of the system;
• Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate BonBoz personnel.

The website may contain links to the official social media pages of BonBoz or third-party pages. We do not control the content and privacy policies of those pages.

This does not reduce the responsibility of BonBoz for the services that BonBoz itself provides to you.

We make efforts to ensure the website content is accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that the website will always operate continuously, error-free, or that all information is always complete at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, BonBoz is not liable for damages arising from your self-application of information on the website without undergoing a medical examination, or from the temporary interruption of the website due to technical reasons.

These Terms do NOT exclude and do NOT limit any liability of BonBoz prescribed by law, including but not limited to: liability for the quality of medical examination and treatment services actually provided at the clinic; liability for compensation under the law on medical examination and treatment; and liability under the law on protection of consumer rights.

These Terms also do not limit your right to lodge complaints, denunciations, or file lawsuits.

When updating the Terms, we will post the new version on the website along with the effective date.

For changes that reduce your rights or increase your obligations, we will notify you in advance and only apply them upon your consent. If you do not agree, you have the right to stop using the services without incurring any penalties.

Your continued access to the website will not be deemed as your agreement to the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

If no result is achieved, you have the right to lodge a complaint with competent state authorities or file a lawsuit in Court in accordance with the law.
